Human Resources Intern — HR Operations

One HR internship at Sudijaya Group’s HQ, supporting day-to-day HR for 100+ employees across 3 group companies and multiple locations.

  1. Supported end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple business units, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
  2. Maintained and validated employee records, attendance, leave administration, employment contracts, and payroll-related data for 100+ employees across multiple branches.
  3. Coordinated employee performance evaluation processes with department heads across multiple locations and facilitated performance feedback discussions between management and employees.
  4. Developed and monitored weekly and monthly KPI tracking reports to support employee performance evaluation, identify performance gaps, and facilitate structured follow-up.
  5. Supported employee relations activities by facilitating communication between employees and management and assisting with workplace issue resolution.
  6. Facilitated contract review discussions between employees and management to support clarity and alignment regarding employment terms and performance expectations.

  2. Extracted and organized product specifications, product details, and supporting information to maintain accurate and consistent marketplace listings.
  3. Cleaned, structured, and maintained product, order, and transaction data using Microsoft Excel to support operational tracking and administrative reporting.
  4. Prepared Excel-based customer purchase and transaction recaps covering February–July 2026, including order verification and sales data organization.
  5. Managed and reconciled marketplace transaction records totaling Rp363+ million, including individual orders of up to approximately Rp19 million.
